Remove the paper packaging. Place the oven bag containing the chicken in a roasting pan and puncture three holes in the bag. Preheat oven for 15΄at 200C, put the pan in and cook for 90΄at 190C. Prepare the rice. Remove pan from the oven and gently open the bag so as to prevent juices from spilling out. Serve with rice drizzled with the chicken juices. Bon appetit !!!
